These roles are entirely new. No traditional IT role maps directly to Care Analyst — it's a hybrid of data science, knowledge management, and organizational psychology, applied to a living AI memory system.

Career progression

Care professionals often begin as Maintenance Specialists (ensuring system health) and advance to Care Analyst (driving system evolution). The Care Analyst role is the most intellectually demanding certification — requiring skills in data analysis, knowledge architecture, and AI model evaluation that didn't exist as a combined discipline before bRRAIn.

How long do certifications last?

Certifications are valid for 3 years. Renewal requires passing the updated exam or completing a refresher course.

Are the certifications online?

Yes — all coursework is self-paced on learn.brrain.io. Exams are proctored remotely.

How are exams proctored?

Practical assessments run in a sandboxed environment with anti-cheat screen-share. Design projects and panel reviews are done synchronously over video with a certified bRRAIn expert.
