Certified bRRAIn Maintenance
Upgrades, repairs, and baseline integrity — delivered by a Certified Maintenance Specialist to your on-site, self-hosted, or cloud-hosted bRRAIn install.
What Certified Maintenance covers
- Version upgrades. Minor and major bRRAIn version rolls — planned, staged, and rollback-capable.
- Repairs. Recoveries from filesystem drift, handler checkpoint corruption, stale LoRA adapters, orphaned conflict records.
- Baseline integrity. Re-seat the 8-zone baseline, refresh envelope keys, rebuild ontology version history, re-run graph-filesystem full sync.
- Hardware swap. GPU replacements, NIC upgrades, storage migration — coordinated with your infrastructure team.
- Deployment pipeline. CI/CD for your bRRAIn install, staged releases, canary roll-outs, four-eyes approval integration.
Delivery method
Three modes, your choice:
- On-site. Maintenance specialist physically on your premises, typically for initial rollouts, hardware swaps, and regulated-industry work.
- Self-hosted remote. Jump-box or Tailscale access into your self-hosted VMs. No cloud dependency, no data leaves your perimeter.
- Cloud. For bRRAIn in the Cloud installations — we maintain inside the managed environment with your explicit approval each window.
Credential
Every maintenance engagement is delivered by a Certified Maintenance Specialist under the bRRAInCare certification program. Certification numbers are attested on the engagement agreement; you can verify each one in the ID Registry.
