Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a “user” in OEM pricing?
- A unique authenticated person using your application. Typically tracked via login or session. The SDK reports unique users per workspace automatically.
- Do non-human actors count as users?
- No. Service and Agent sessions are separate and included in your tier: Developer & Startup — 2, Growth — 10, Scale and Enterprise — unlimited.
- How does the free Developer tier get approved?
- Submit the form with company, intended use case, and developer contact. Our team reviews within 2 business days. Free tier is development/testing only.
- Can I change tiers mid-year?
- Yes. Tier changes take effect the next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades create credit against future bills.
- What happens if I exceed my user count?
- You receive a notice at 80% of limit. You can upgrade immediately from the billing dashboard or talk to Sales for a custom plan.
- Do you offer annual discounts?
- Yes. All tiers paid annually receive an extra 10% off the already-discounted OEM price.
- What's included in “Custom Handler support”?
- We tune your Handler deployment for your scale, assist with capacity planning, and provide performance tuning recommendations.
- Is on-premises deployment available?
