A monthly or quarterly health review of your bRRAIn install, delivered by a Certified bRRAInCare Analyst from outside your company. Independent, structured, and scoped against the bRRAInCare certification standard.
What a Health Review covers
- Memory integrity. Consolidator health, conflict-zone backlog, graph-filesystem sync lag, Vault checksum sweeps.
- Retrieval quality. Tier-2 Graph RAG hit rates, ontology drift vs. the baseline, hot-zone summarization accuracy.
- Access audit. Role-hierarchy policy review, zero-trust posture, MCP gateway inspection logs, API-key hygiene.
- Handler fitness. Fine-tune refresh cadence, quantization quality, LoRA adapter coverage by domain.
- Operational posture. Observability coverage (Grafana + Prometheus), run-book currency, incident-response drills.
Cadence
Monthly or quarterly. Most customers start quarterly and move to monthly after their first production incident or after they cross 500 active users.
Delivery
Remote by default. On-site engagements available for regulated-industry deployments. The Certified Care Analyst is always outside your company — independence is the point.
Outputs
Written report, POPE-tagged findings, risk registry entries for every finding at severity Medium or higher, and a punch-list of actions assigned to your Operations Controller and Security Controller. Ends in a 60-minute debrief with your leadership.
