What changed in this edition.
- POPE is now taught correctly: Persons, Organizations, Places and Events tags under the POPE-Tagging Standard v1.1. Standard status and authority live in their own fields and recorded decisions.
- Baseline capture is a method you run with the customer's own bRRAIn (Search operators, Ask, Research, Data Pipe and MCP sessions); outside help uses scoped, twice-approved, audited and time-limited access. v1's portal analysis service did not exist.
- Real access design: the seven tiers, custom roles capped at Operator whose checklist replaces tier defaults, per-project Read/Add/Update/Delete grants and SSO mapping, replacing v1's certification-title role list.
- New coverage of console Projects with AI charter drafting, Data Pipe and Mega-parser for migration, filetype: search for verification, Robo Compliance for governance evidence, Nexus Plan, Memory and Meetings for rollout, Nexus Mobile 3.0, the MCP session method, GEPS and Correction & Supersession.
- Honest enforcement: the course separates what the platform enforces (access, model opt-in, audit) from what is practiced and reviewed (standards, the methodology). v1's runtime-enforcement claims are gone.
- A fresh exam bank, nine AI role-play labs and a written capstone scored against a published rubric, with hours stated for what the course actually contains.
What you will be able to do.
- You will be able to establish CC/DE governance with leadership and implement it as console Projects, custom roles, per-project permissions and SSO mappings that you have tested.
- You will be able to inventory, classify and route an organization's knowledge sources and secure sponsor and stakeholder commitment through recorded decisions.
- You will be able to run pre-deployment baseline capture with the customer's own bRRAIn, judge durability, and take seed standards through a recorded promotion practice to adoption.
- You will be able to introduce the 9-stage Build Methodology and author first-generation standards, applying POPE v1.1 and Correction & Supersession.
- You will be able to plan and validate a migration that handles personal data, stale material and legal holds and connects outside systems through governed gateways.
- You will be able to run a gated, phased rollout across Nexus, Nexus Mobile 3.0 and MCP clients, train by role and measure adoption with leading indicators.
- You will be able to report baselined business outcomes, assemble governance evidence and complete an external handoff or internal transition with recorded sign-off.

Where this course sits.
Frequently asked.
Do I need to install anything for the labs?
No. Labs and the capstone run in your browser on learn.brrain.io as AI role-plays: an AI plays the person on the other side of the scenario, and your work is scored against the rubric published with the course.
How is the exam delivered?
Online and timed: 59 items in 120 minutes, on a form assembled for you from the course's item bank. 4 of the items are performance tasks conducted by an AI examiner: you do the work rather than pick an answer. The pass mark is 72%.
What if I don't pass first time?
You have 2 attempts, with a 7-day wait after an unsuccessful attempt. Further exam attempts can be bought for $299 each.
How long is the credential valid?
3 years. You receive a verifiable digital badge with a public verification page at learn.brrain.io/verify, so anyone can confirm it is genuine.
I hold the v1 credential. Is it still valid?
Yes. Credentials earned on v1 remain valid and verifiable at learn.brrain.io/verify. When you renew, you sit the then-current version of the exam.
Can my company enroll a team?
Yes. Firms can buy a certification bundle for $2,999 per firm per year — see the pricing page — or contact us to arrange enrollment for a larger group.
