The certified installation specialist is the technical deployment architect for a new class of infrastructure — AI memory systems that require expertise beyond traditional server administration. This role demands deep knowledge of containerized deployments, network security, and database management, applied to the unique requirements of persistent AI memory. Traditional infrastructure roles focus on uptime and throughput. The installation specialist must also ensure that the AI memory system is architected for knowledge integrity, zone isolation, and the CC/DE governance model from day one. A misconfigured deployment doesn't just cause downtime — it compromises the organizational brain.
